Educational activity – commemoration

The Nahal Memorial offers youth movements and organizations the opportunity to conduct weekend activities on its grounds.
The memorial area is closed, fenced and lit. There will be a representative from the memorial at the entrance and exit of traffic.
There is a business license for a youth camp and third-party insurance (a copy will be sent by fax)
What is there at the monument site?
1. Challenging activity facilities (for example: ropes course, obstacle course, and wall).
2. Amphitheater.
3. Auditorium for 200 people with a projector and computer.
4. Wet toilets.
5. Cold showers (in the future there will also be hot ones).
6. There are 3 kitchens on the premises, including gas cooking points, stoves, and a refrigerator. You must bring cooking utensils.
7. Kiosk.
8. Electrical outlets.
9. Lighting (also in the grove itself). It is possible to coordinate the lighting on and off (for example, according to Shabbat time) – do not connect additional electrical appliances without the site manager's permission.
10. There are tables for seating and a shaded shed. If necessary, it is possible to obtain folding tables and additional chairs.
11. Fire extinguishers – It is the responsibility of the movement to bring burlap and diesel fuel. Upon completion of use, the stands must be cleaned and the trash must be thrown into the fire pits.
12. Sanads – they should not be shortened and should be returned to their original place according to their size.
13. It is possible to light bonfires with permission from the venue, in half barrels (located at the monument). Bonfires may not be lit under the nets.
*It is possible to take a heritage and commemoration training course on Fridays until 3:00 PM. The training will be conducted by a guide from the monument.

Requirements from the movement:
1. Security is the responsibility of the movement, prior to further instructions from the Director General of the Ministry of Education. (The person in charge will receive a key to the main gate of the monument)
2. The Pardes Hanna Police must be informed of your presence at the site.
3. A representative is required to come for an early tour of the site by prior arrangement.
4. Sleeping arrangements are the responsibility of the movement. Sleeping is not allowed on the grass or at the memorial site, but in designated areas. It is possible to provide parents, escorts and security guards with neat rooms with showers.
5. Maintaining cleanliness is the responsibility of the movement (garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.). Garbage should be turned over to the frogs. The toilets will be received clean at the beginning of the outing and must remain clean to prevent diseases.
6. An explanatory sheet about the Nahal Memorial must be read upon the arrival of the campers.
7. A security vehicle must be kept on site.
8. Ceremonies in the amphitheater may only be held before the start of Shabbat or at its end.
9. No corners or any other devices may be erected in the monument area, unless permission is granted by the site manager.
10. Fixed tables and electrical poles must not be moved from their positions.
11. Do not damage the monument's property.
12. At the end of the activity, the ropes tied to the trees must be cut.
13. The expedition plan must be submitted in advance (can be sent by fax or email)
